About this role
Role Overview
Partner with Marketing Business GM to define and lead the strategic product roadmap for automotive marketing analytics, loyalty studies, and digital marketing audience generating products
Identify market opportunities and emerging trends across automotive, consumer behavior, and performance marketing
Develop long-term product vision aligned with our goals and revenue targets
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, develop, launch, and iteration
Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and marketing teams to deliver high performing, scalable products
Ensure product solutions incorporate accurate automotive data, segmentation models, loyalty measurement methodologies, omnichannel audience activation workflows and measurements
Work with automotive OEMs, dealerships, digital marketing agencies, and enterprise accounts to understand needs and use cases
Represent the product suite externally through customer meetings, industry events, and solution demos
Translate customer feedback into applicable product requirements
Mentor product managers and foster a culture of innovation and data driven decision-making
Partner with Technology, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to lead product adoption, go to-market strategies, and training
Align teams around KPIs such as revenue growth, customer retention, product engagement, and market expansion
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in the automotive industry (OEM, dealership, aftermarket, auto data, or related fields)
Experience with digital marketing, including AdTech, martech, audience segmentation, DSPs, CDPs, and media activation
Experience building data, analytics, or research products (automotive statistics, loyalty metrics, consumer insights)
Experience in defining product requirements, mapping customer journeys, and managing complex technical roadmaps
Experience translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, and data science teams.
