University degree in Engineering with strong knowledge of Material Science
Proven experience in project management within a technical or production environment

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills paired with an inclusive leadership style
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in Power BI reporting and database management
Fluent in English for international collaboration and in German for effective communication on the shop floor
