About this role
Role Overview
- Support farm creators and takeovers in developing the technical, economic, legal and regulatory feasibility of their projects
- Contribute to the development of Personalized Professional Development Plans (Plans de Professionnalisation Personnalisés)
- Prepare projected economic studies
- Prepare and formalize applications for installation aid
- Monitor and support newly established farms
- Lead group training activities aimed at buyers, farm creators and newly established farmers
- Support prospective sellers in building their farm transfer plans, individually or in groups.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in agriculture (Master’s level, Bac +5)
- Strong command of the overall approach and techno-economic management of a farm
- Project management skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills, good listening, organizational and facilitation abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
