Managing files for sole proprietors (individual entrepreneurs)
Filing and amending declarations of beneficial owners
Maintaining and updating general meeting and shareholder registers
Drafting letters of engagement
Preparing and following up on filings and formalities for companies and sole proprietors with the one-stop business registration portal (Guichet Unique)
Handling the filings and formalities for documents drafted on behalf of our clients
Requirements
Holding a higher legal qualification (BTS/DUT or Bac+3 / Bachelor's level) with a specialization in corporate law
Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to work effectively in a team
Curiosity, rigor, strong professional ethics and enthusiasm
Strong client-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
