Support planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows and events
Assist with asset preparation, logistics tracking, and post-event follow-up
Track leads and support campaign alignment for event-driven pipeline
Draft and edit blog posts, email content, and marketing collateral
Publish approved content in HubSpot, including formatting pages, adding CTAs/forms, and ensuring accuracy
Refresh and optimize existing blog content (PAM & Higher Education)
Draft and schedule social media posts aligned to campaigns and strategic initiatives
Create basic visual assets using Canva
Support development and launch of an internal social media advocacy program
Conduct competitive analysis across key cybersecurity and identity markets
Support brand positioning and market alignment research
Contribute research and content inputs to key H2 initiatives
Track and report on campaign, event, and social performance
Support data cleanup and organization within HubSpot
Assist with marketing reporting and analysis to support optimization

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Previous internship or academic experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is an asset
Experience writing or editing content (blog, social, or academic) preferred
Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Analytical mindset with interest in marketing performance and optimization
Self-starter with ability to take direction and execute independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Interest in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or B2B marketing is a plus
