Manage contract administration process for Consultants and General Contractors
Manage project set up in Oracle and Purchasing systems (POMS)
Review projects for correct Fixed Asset classification and use tax assessment
Ensure accurate documentation of project transactions, maintaining organized records for auditing and internal review purposes
Lead On-Site Store Fixture Installation Process, traveling as needed
Contribute positively to overall daily functioning of the team and cross train employees as needed
Review operating requirements, practices and procedures determining whether improvements can be made and implement changes as appropriate

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Experience with Fixed Asset, Construction or Property Development Industry preferred
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
Experience with Oracle, Coupa, Concur, Smartsheet and AI is a plus
Ability to review and analyze facts to make accurate decisions, summarize data and create meaningful reports
Strong Mathematical acumen with high degree of accuracy
High level of curiosity, ownership, and initiative with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
