Leads and/or directs, recommends, designs, troubleshoots, and maintains ERP systems to support business operations.
Acts as principal contact or lead for development of technical solutions within application and database management infrastructure.
Assists in serving as the liaison representing interests to internal and external stakeholders.
Troubleshoots hardware, software, and system problems.
Creates and updates access permissions and maintains user accounts for ERP systems security.
Designs, configures, monitors, and maintains performance metrics for system features.
Plans, coordinates, and implements system-wide updates, upgrades, and patches for ERP systems.
Requirements
3+ years of experience administering, configuring, or advanced functional use in Workday.
Strong technical skills in configuration, integration and reporting.
3+ years of experience with workflow-driven processes.
3+ years of experience providing customer service in some capacity.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose and solve complex issues within ERP systems.
High level of comfort working with, and adjusting to changes in, different software solutions while managing competing priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with peers, customers and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to document business requirements, functional specifications, and user materials.
