Responsible for leading projects that support global strategic and operations priorities
Identify manual processes, or issues that cause delay
Suggest and drive system enhancements, process improvements and learning/documentation needs
Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve US RC workflows
Serve as a subject matter expert for Multinational Programs for Zurich
Deal with largest customers' important issues (reinsurance, bookings, prioritization, etc.)
Identify learning needs and work with teams to implement training/documentation
Collaborate with other countries to optimize customer experience
Engage in new and ongoing projects
Review new initiatives for potential impacts and support backlogs

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, International Relations, or a closely related field of study
2 years of experience in the job offered, or as an International Insurance Analyst, Underwriting Specialist, or similar position
2 years of experience with driving improvements in servicing metrics and rework
2 years of experience with fostering network relationships
2 years of experience with working with international insurance systems
2 years of experience interacting with national and international teams
2 years of experience collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance international workflows
2 years of experience acting as an expert on international processes and programs, including Neo, IPs, MIA, and NCS
1 year of experience supporting outstanding issues for largest clients
Must have IPZ Certification
