Compiling and presenting financial information

Assembling reports for key leaders
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Actuaries, Medical Economics, and Financial Reporting members
Running intermediate queries in Microsoft Excel and database management tools
Assisting in identification and implementation of operating improvements and efficiencies

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
3-4 years of experience in healthcare financial management/analysis work
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with changing needs and deadlines
Excellent human relations skills
Strong abilities in statistical analysis, data interpretation, computer software applications, database and spreadsheet programs, proficiency in financial modeling techniques
