Role Overview
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
- Ensure proper execution and extract maximum value from each interaction.
- Remove impediments.
- Foster a collaborative environment and transparent communication.
- Support the team in planning and estimation.
- Maintain and evolve performance metrics.
- Mentor and coach team members and other Scrum Masters.
- Lead large-scale agile transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments.
- Proven track record working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong mastery of Scrum principles and practices and agile frameworks.
- Hands-on experience running ceremonies, backlog management, and monitoring metrics.
- Ability to address and remove organizational impediments.
- Ability to navigate organizational politics and systemic thinking.
- Knowledge of agile management tools and performance metrics.
- Experience in multi-team or scaled agile environments.
- Clear communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate technical and business needs.
