Manage and prioritize a backlog of epics, user stories, and defects to detail development topics
Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure stories match business needs
Champion the team in building high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
Identify business needs/define requirements for product features through the development of user stories
Effectively present product ideas, strategies, and designs to stakeholders
Coordinate releases in conjunction with development and quality control
Create and maintain prioritized and detailed work item backlogs which accurately reflect customer and business priorities
Provide clear visibility of progress towards completion of assigned projects
Validate new features with stakeholders
Contribute to long-term roadmaps and overall release planning
Participate in applicable professional, technical, and career development training.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or similar technical role within a software development environment
Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
Hands-on experience working with Scrum teams to refine backlogs, write user stories, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support release planning in an Agile environment.
Product ownership experience for Salesforce technologies (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, integrations) strongly preferred.
