Design and lead enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform from Salesforce to Arise Systems/Applications
Define scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns aligned with Arise's enterprise architecture
Translate business and platform needs into clear technical designs and roadmaps
Architect and oversee API-led connectivity using Experience, Process, and System APIs
Govern MuleSoft environments, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and runtime strategies
Ensure performance, monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence across integrations
Design integrations for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
Leverage REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware integration patterns
Partner closely with Salesforce architects, admins, and product teams
Ensure integrations meet security, data privacy, and compliance standards
Design fault-tolerant, highly available integrations with strong observability
Support disaster recovery and business continuity through sound architecture
Act as a technical advisor and mentor to engineering and delivery teams
Review designs, code, and documentation for quality and alignment to standards
Work with external vendors, partners, and system integrators as needed

8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or application architecture
4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
4+ years of experience designing Salesforce integrations
Strong expertise in API-driven, event-driven, and cloud-based architectures
Experience integrating complex, distributed enterprise systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
MuleSoft certifications (Developer, Integration Architect, or Platform Architect) preferred.
Salesforce certifications (Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer, or Architect) preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure preferred.
Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, identity-based integrations, and zero-trust models preferred.
