Customer Success Manager – AI Platform, Consulting Clients

Role Overview

• Onboarding & platform setup (Done-With-You & Done-For-You)
• AI prompting & architecture (strategic & review-oriented)
• Enablement & time-to-value
• Strategic customer management
• Liaison to Product, Marketing & Sales
• Processes, CRM & automation (HubSpot)
• Technical support (Level 2–3)

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success or working with SaaS/platform customers
• Structured, proactive work style with strong communication skills
• Technical understanding, especially around AI, automation, and platform architectures
• Ideally, some experience with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or AI tools
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and digital Customer Success processes
• Enjoys customer interaction, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational execution
