Role Overview
- Perform maintenance and repair work on our technical systems
- Install and commission devices, including associated hardware and software, at customer sites
- Train technicians and end users on the operation, maintenance and functionality of the products
- Support the technical support team and participate in trainings or workshops as required
- Carefully document all service calls, test results and accompany practical tests
- Independently manage the mobile inventory, including spare parts planning
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electrical engineering or electronics
- Several years of experience repairing technical or medical devices
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, networking and Microsoft operating systems
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Reliable, independent working style and strong customer orientation
- Valid Class B driving licence
