About this role

Contribute to ensuring the bank’s resilient IT security
Further develop the phishing platform and plan and execute phishing campaigns
Assist in assessing cyber risks and mitigation measures
Further develop the Security Awareness training program
Raise participants’ awareness of cyber risks and train secure behavior in the digital world
Empower participants to proactively and promptly recognize security threats such as suspicious emails, calls, or messages that attempt to deceive
Ensure employees act with security awareness and thereby protect the bank as a whole
Promote security-conscious behavior in everyday work

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering
CISSP or CISM certification
Professional experience in a security environment, ideally in Security Awareness
Solid knowledge of banking security
Strong understanding of operational information security issues
Analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent communication skills and team orientation
Interest in training delivery, presentations, and innovation
Motivated, focused personality with a continuous willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
