About this role
Role Overview
Manage, train, and unblock a team of three full-time sales reps and a growing network of Mom Ambassadors
Create and implement streamlined sales playbooks and collateral, such as media kits and case studies, to drive local revenue
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using Zoho CRM
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns and enhance offerings
Actively hunt, pitch, and close large-scale national brand sponsorships and advertising campaigns
Leverage your existing network of media buyers, PR agencies, and brand contacts within the parenting, entertainment and travel verticals
Own the entire process for national accounts, from initial prospecting to proposal development and final closing
Requirements
5+ years in digital media/advertising sales and 1–2+ years of direct sales team management
Proven success selling into key verticals with a current network of national contacts
Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is a major plus) and data-driven decision-making
Entrepreneurial, empathetic, and highly organized; must thrive in a 'scrappy,' fast-paced, small-organization environment.
