About this role
Role Overview
Produce advanced studies and analyses for new proposals related to card machines, understanding members' profiles, products and stages of the relationship cycle, transforming data into strategic business insights to identify patterns, trends and opportunities
Promote, together with business areas, the use of data to solve problems and improve business results
Build data dashboards capable of identifying business opportunities
Organize and maintain the data pipeline development lifecycle
Act as a promoter of data culture within the organization, improving and demonstrating results obtained from the use of data analysis across different areas
Support strategic decisions with quantitative studies and data-driven recommendations
Work in partnership with business and engineering teams to define requirements, metrics and analytical solutions
Ensure good practices for documentation, versioning and monitoring of data processes
Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of data processes, methodologies and tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics or related areas
Analytical thinking
Strong writing, synthesis and communication skills
Experience in the financial industry
Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python
Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or similar
Experience with data analysis and manipulation tools such as Databricks or equivalents
Experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring and development of ad-hoc studies
