Prospect clients, with support from Asaas' lead database;
Conduct in-person visits, present our solutions, and close new business;
Activate and strengthen local partnerships, identifying strategic opportunities by region;
Ensure effective onboarding, as well as engagement and retention of acquired customers;
Keep the CRM updated and contribute field insights to support commercial intelligence;
Represent the Asaas brand at events, regional meetups, and local strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Reside in Ribeirão Preto, SP;
Own a personal vehicle for travel;
Previous experience in acquiring/payment processing or fintech;
Experience in field/external sales or in-person roles (field, representatives, or local acquisition);
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, business WhatsApp, presentations, etc.);
Ability to work with targets and manage a high volume of opportunities;
Hunter profile, focused on prospecting and developing new business;
Able to engage with different customer profiles (retail, franchises, local services, among others).
