Perform end-to-end payroll processing, from data entry through final closing and validation.
Manage and coordinate benefits administration, including vendor negotiations and periodic review of benefit packages.
Ensure payroll processes comply with current legislation and support internal and external audits.
Act as a consultant to employees on payroll, compensation and benefits matters, providing insights and recommendations.
Prepare and monitor filing of statutory obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital).
Manage time and attendance closing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
Courses and certifications in Payroll, eSocial, Compensation and Benefits.
Ongoing training in Employment Law and Compliance.
Knowledge of payroll closing, validation and audit processes.
Knowledge of benefits administration processes and vendor negotiation.
Knowledge of procedures for reviewing, adjusting and implementing compensation policies.
Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify trends and propose improvements.
Ability to make decisions based on detailed analysis and strong business knowledge.
Holistic understanding of HR processes and their impact across the organization.
Extensive experience with the ADP system.
Experience with audits or regulatory inspections.
