You are responsible for the commercial management and continued development of our product portfolio — from reordering and inventory levels to digital marketing
You always maintain an overview of performance, profitability and process efficiency
Analyze and manage the financial results of our product groups (sales, margin, inventory turnover)
Operational responsibility for reorders, invoice verification, overstock management and returns
Close collaboration with Marketing to plan and evaluate PPC campaigns and sales promotions
Derive actionable recommendations to optimize the portfolio and increase revenue
Act as the interface between Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Logistics — keeping all stakeholders aligned
Requirements
Degree or commercial qualification in business, retail or media management
3–6 years of professional experience
Experience in Category Management, e‑commerce or portfolio management (ideally in a retail or publishing environment)
Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong commercial mindset
Hands-on working style, pragmatic problem-solving and a desire to make an impact
Impact
and results-oriented
Analytical and structured, with the ability to keep track of numbers and processes
Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is desirable
Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
