About this role

Maintenance of production systems and participation in an exciting modernization journey in the area of web-based software development and its operations
Responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of our office server and operational infrastructure
Administration of Windows and Linux servers
Design of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions
Development of proposals for infrastructure adjustments and their implementation
Support for Product Owners and Business Consultants in the further development of the products

Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent professional experience
Several years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or IT System Administrator
Solid knowledge of Linux, virtualization (Proxmox), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
Experience in the administration and operation of Windows Server solutions (e.g., AD, IIS, SQL Server)
Strong hands-on mentality, process awareness and a solution-oriented, structured working style
Desire to work independently and take responsibility in a small team with a lot of creative freedom
Fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills
