About this role
Role Overview
You take end-to-end ownership of a venture during the Incubate and Build phases.
You derive clear market, product, and offering hypotheses and prioritize experiments.
You lead the venture to Message-Market-Fit, Product-Solution-Fit and first revenue.
You create prototypes, landing pages and simple funnels to generate initial market signals.
You manage internal roles from development and marketing in a targeted and efficient way.
You prepare stage-gate decisions and recommend go, pivot, or kill options.
You work closely with founders, entrepreneurs and the FLYACTS team.
Requirements
You have several years of experience building digital products or business models.
You think entrepreneurially, take ownership and combine product, market and business perspectives.
You are proficient with Lean Startup methods, hypotheses, experiments and relevant KPIs.
You have experience in the B2B environment, ideally in a SaaS context.
You have a strong sense for the market, user needs and problem-solution fit.
You communicate clearly and structured and can present complex topics simply.
You make structured decisions and take responsibility.
Experience as a founder or co-founder is a plus.
