Role Overview
- You will be the Roche focal point working in partnership with stakeholders who are directly involved in the patient journey for this specialty.
- Gain a deep understanding of needs to connect Roche's capabilities and co-create solutions.
- Responsible for identifying a shared purpose within the ecosystem related to the patient journey.
- Enhance the patient journey with a focus on the local scientific community.
- Act as a trusted partner and internally communicate patients’ needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification and/or MBA preferred.
- Mandatory experience in Rheumatology or Nephrology.
- Knowledge of Lupus Nephritis will be considered a highly desirable advantage.
- Previous experience working with the private healthcare market.
- Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and the Brazilian Health System.
- Experience establishing partnerships with hospitals, providers, payers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience managing key accounts and product launches.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop cross-functional strategies.
- Willingness to travel nationally (approximately 50% of the time).
