Senior Clinical Therapist

Role Overview

• Provide direct clinical services such as diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to patients using evidence-based interventions.
• Complete clinical and administrative processes and documentation in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education activities as needed to maintain quality provision and coordination of care as well as professional licensure and/or certification.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work required.
• Licensed by the Arkansas Professional Board
• Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Ability to pass CPI Certification, if required.
• Ability to pass Child Abuse and Neglect Registry check, State Police background check, and drug test.
