Draft and review a broad range of commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, distributor and agency agreements, and supply and purchase contracts
Support the development and maintenance of contract templates, policies, and legal processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a variety of topics, helping stakeholders make informed decisions while managing legal risks
Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations, with a focus on international and cross-border matters
Identify and assess legal risks ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate on and contribute to global and regional legal projects, driving continuous improvement within the legal function
Support dispute-related matters where required, including liaising with external counsel and relevant authorities
Work closely with internal stakeholders across functions and regions, acting as a trusted legal partner to the business
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years of experience, gained in a law firm or in-house legal department
Exposure to international environments, particularly within EMEA, is highly desirable
Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; familiarity with international contracting is a strong advantage
Good understanding of legal principles and the ability to apply them in a practical, business-oriented way
Strong legal problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance legal risks with business needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team, taking ownership and driving tasks to completion
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow within an international legal community
University degree in Law (background in international law or studies abroad is an advantage)
