Support assigned applications and system components using technical and procedural expertise
Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of system features
Participate in design discussions and help define technical solutions
Assist with estimation of effort, resources, and timelines
Support migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
Develop and execute unit and system testing, ensuring secure coding practices
Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new system features
Document processes and best practices
Provide regular updates to stakeholders
Mentor junior team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree related
2–4 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience
Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations
Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
Understanding of ITIL processes
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Spanish-English proficiency (written and spoken)
