About this role

Develop and implement the group’s supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive standardisation of supply chain processes across multiple sites
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring business continuity
Oversee group procurement activities, ensuring value, quality, and cost-effective sourcing
Lead the development of integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP) processes across manufacturing sites
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient and cost-effective material flow
Define KPIs for procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier performance
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Significant experience (8+ years) in supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment
Proven track record in procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management
Experience managing supply chains across multi-site operations
Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX, etc.)
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt desirable)
