About this role
Role Overview
Administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision
Managing assigned project team members and subcontractors
Cultivating and growing project owner relationships
Engagement in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews
Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes
Leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions
Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
Lead Construction progress meetings
Oversee design development
Requirements
At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience
Mission Critical Data Center project experience (preferred)
Proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems
Thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes
Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools
