About this role
Role Overview
- Evaluate the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic
- Implement an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system
- Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient
- Provide skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instruct patients and their families in the plan of care
- Utilize electronic records to document treatment & care
Requirements
- Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
- Outpatient Rehab, PT rehab, Physical Therapist, P.T.
