7+ years of experience leading internal communications strategy in a fast-paced, global organization, ideally supporting a large technology function or working at a technology company
Proven track record of developing and executing communications plans that deliver measurable business outcomes
Strong grasp of change management communications practices
Seasoned communications leader with demonstrated project management skills, including communications planning, writing, storytelling, research, audience insights, and channel innovation
Digital first style of writing and fluency in using Copilot for accelerated outcomes
Understanding of current and emerging internal communications technology, tools, channels and best practices
Passionate about the associate (employee) experience and understanding the essential role of internal communications
Persuasive, influential, and savvy communicator with experience in consulting senior stakeholders across the business
Agility and ability to pivot quickly, adjusting to fast-paced developments in the technology space
Global mindset and comfort navigating a highly matrixed corporate environment
Basic understanding of and strong interest in current and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence.
