Senior Channel Manager

Role Overview

• Manage all business development aspects of Fusion’s Agents
• Balance recruiting, sales support, agent management, and sales training
• Evaluate competition and establish sales revenue objectives
• Build and expand accounts leading agent sales force
• Monitor sales results and provide management information
• Maintain customer service and expand regional customer base

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in channel sales or business development
• Proven experience in managing key accounts and partnerships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with telecommunications and technology services
