Proactive lead generation: search for and identify new potential customers
Independently drive outbound lead generation for our live training platform through outbound cold calling
Initial contacts with potential customers that result in booked appointments via phone outreach
Improve conversation techniques and execution to increase booking rates and improve lead quality
Requirements
Sales talent with professional experience in telephone-based B2B sales / cold calling, e.g., in a call center or in a role with extensive customer contact
Persuasive, persistent and confident
After every “no” you pick up the phone again to convince the next lead
Ability to work independently and maintain an overview
Solution-oriented, analytical and highly structured working style
Effective and professional communication in German (C2) and English (B1+), both written and spoken
Eager to learn and curious
Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree
