Establish test strategy & organization – select test methods, tools and test environments, and build a modern test organization including automation and reporting.
Manage and coordinate quality assurance – align test specifications, automation and execution, and advise stakeholders on software quality and testing measures.
Ensure transparency & enablement – produce audience-appropriate quality reports and deliver training on test methods, tools and processes.

Solid professional background – completed IT qualification and professional experience in software testing, test management and test design, including agile and traditional development models.
Method & tool competence – experience with test management tools, ideally ISTQB certification (or willingness to obtain it), and a structured working approach in quality environments.
Strong communication & consulting skills – confident presence with stakeholders, facilitation/moderation skills, team orientation, and very good German and English language skills.
