Learning Insights and Governance Manager

Role Overview

• Execute a learning data and insights strategy to measure impact and ROI, with the aim to progress us under the learning organization framework.
• Manage and enhance learning technology platforms, ensuring scalability and user experience.
• Define and implement a data and insights strategy for learning, including metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct analytics and ROI evaluations for learning programs to inform continuous improvement.
• Develop and leverage dashboards and visualization tools for real-time learning performance tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in learning analytics, data strategy, and reporting frameworks
• Experience in knowledge management and governance infrastructure across Learning ecosystems.
• Experience managing and enhancing learning technology platforms (LMS, LXP, P&C systems)
• Experience with credentialing, badging systems, and digital learning solutions
• Experience developing dashboards and visualization tools for learning performance tracking
