Role Overview
- Develop and maintain our web application using Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui
- Work in an AI-first development environment with Cursor
- Manage version control and collaboration via GitHub
- Ensure high code quality through testing and maintainable architecture
- Maintain and perform migrations for our NoSQL database
- Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems
- Contribute to technical decisions, stack evolution, and product vision
Requirements
- Degree in business informatics / computer science OR equivalent practical experience in software development or automation
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
- Solid English skills for straightforward team communication
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Fast learner with a disciplined way of working
