Receive and conduct a full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the Consultants and Subcontractors in line with naming convention
Manage the document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training to enable them to use the system
Maintain controlled document registers and associated documentation
Assist Delivery Teams to develop and maintain documents such as, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items
Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows); check for accuracy and edit a variety of files, e.g. contracts
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Requirements
Proven experience in a Document Controller position, or similar
Experience within the construction sector would be advantageous for this position
Excellent computer literacy e.g. MS Office Suite
Strong organisational skills and task prioritisation ability
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
