Role Overview
- Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for general employee queries.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR, people operations, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Qualification in HR, business, or related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Comfortable using HRIS/ATS (e.g. HiBob, Teamtailor, BambooHR or similar).
- Strong interest in recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop in a People role.
