Architect, implement, and maintain the bi-directional sync between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data consistency
Develop and execute complex automated email nurturing journeys, triggered email campaigns, and audience segmentation based on Salesforce data points
Utilize HubSpot APIs, custom objects, and HubL to create advanced, tailor-made solutions that extend platform functionality
Maintain high standards of data quality by managing object mapping, validation rules, and deduplication processes between CRM and MAP
Build responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and HubL, ensuring cross-client compatibility and personalization
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable technical insights to improve ROI
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical errors with API connectors, workflows, or data syncs

At least 5 years in a technical HubSpot development role with specialized experience in marketing automation
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales/ Service Cloud, and experience mapping data to HubSpot
Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, CMS, workflows, and API integrations
Expertise in HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working with REST/SOAP APIs
Proven experience building advanced workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies
Strong communication and collaboration abilities and expound technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
