About this role
Role Overview
Research and identify target accounts within capital-intensive industries (construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities, etc.)
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book meetings
Qualify inbound marketing leads
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
Develop messaging tailored to industry pain points and buyer personas
Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on campaigns and account strategies
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets
Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience (sales, recruiting, customer service, or similar preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting
Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
