Inside Sales Rep

Role Overview

• Drive new sales and expand our customer base.
• Engage with the team in daily sales meetings, refine your skills with ongoing training and contribute to a positive work environment.
• With training, meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and competitive insights.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 2 years of previous sale experience is required; Cold calling or similar experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation industry and factoring a plus.
