Work closely with our small in-house legal team as an integral member, contributing to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across all aspects of our legal function.
Take a primary seat in Sharebite's cross-functional organization as we continue to formalize our sustainability goals and reporting frameworks, implement impactful and compliance-driven AI solutions across our legal function, and streamline our workflows across the company.
Lead or contribute to AI implementation projects within the legal function, including evaluating and deploying LLM-based tools for contract review and workflow automation.
Engage in drafting, review, and implementation of sustainability and impact-related work, as well as commercial agreements and contracts more generally.
Serve as a key legal ops resource, building upon the foundation we've created to further optimize, automate, and standardize our contracting procedures and record keeping.
Work cross-functionally to support the varied legal needs of Sharebite's Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product/Tech, Operations, and other teams as needed.
Gain valuable experience and knowledge in transactional lawyering within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup where small team dynamics mean greater responsibility and visibility.

Rising 2L or 3L law student (as of Summer 2026) at a fully-accredited law school
Demonstrated interest in AI, legal technology, and/or data privacy through coursework, projects, or self-directed learning
Resourceful, self-driven, curious, and collaborative
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a small team environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented mindset, capable of systems-level thinking
Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools quickly
Equipped with reliable internet access, including video conferencing capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
