About this role
Role Overview
- Design and develop complex solutions for Data-Intensive and AI Applications.
- Develop and optimize EL(T) processing pipelines to create the foundations for analytical / machine learning workflows.
- Be involved in all topics concerning data extraction, transformation, integration, and storage.
- Use your software engineering expertise to provide clean, extensible, and scalable solutions.
- Mentor the team to develop professionally.
- You will work in cross-functional teams together with our client and stakeholders designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions.
- Be comfortable sharing ideas and discussing different approaches in an environment where your opinion has a direct impact.
- Work independently, using your conceptual and creative skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working professionally with Python or other programming languages, and SQL.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or similar positions.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Data Platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Distributed Systems.
- Motivated and fast learner.
- Development experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Nice to have: Experience working with stream processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink).
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, or Prefect.
- Experience with AI Agent Frameworks (e.g.: MCP, LangChain, PydanticAI, LangFuse)
- Knowledge of PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Related Certifications.
