You will work as a Senior Java Software Engineer in consulting on interesting and challenging client projects
You will develop and take ownership of Java-based applications with Spring Boot, from architecture through to production operation
You will work with modern, clearly structured architectures
You are hands-on in the code and take responsibility for quality, maintainability, and stability
You will actively contribute to technical decisions and explain them clearly — internally and to clients
You will be deployed independently or together with colleagues on client projects and serve as a competent point of contact
You will work closely with other consultants, developers, and architects
Depending on the project, you may occasionally be on-site at the client; the majority of work is remote

At least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting with a variety of clients
Several years of current experience in Java, including at least 3 years with Spring Boot
Enthusiasm for clean architecture and modern software design approaches
Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and in a structured way
A consistent CV with predominantly longer-term positions
Clear motivation for a permanent employment (not a freelancer profile)
Team player, responsible, and professional demeanor
Willingness to travel for occasional on-site assignments
Desirable but not required: experience with cloud-based microservice architectures
Knowledge of AWS or Azure
Full-stack experience (e.g., Angular or React)
Experience with BPM / process automation (e.g., Camunda)
Interest in AI-based solutions
