You advise manufacturers of medical devices and IVDs on implementing cybersecurity and software lifecycle requirements
You create and review cybersecurity documents, lead workshops, and develop practical templates and processes for secure software development
You support our clients in the introduction and implementation of cybersecurity processes according to IEC 81001-5-1, including interfaces to MDR/IVDR and ISO 14971
In addition to consultancy services, you independently review, create and revise cybersecurity documents
You independently develop regulatory concepts such as templates, guidelines and checklists
You use IEC 62304 as the basis for software development
You lead workshops, deliver training for clients and share your expertise through technical articles for our institute's blog

University degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Software Engineering or a related field
Solid professional experience in cybersecurity/IT security, in regulated environments, or with medical software
Good knowledge of implementing IEC 81001-5-1
Experience in software development projects and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle according to IEC 62304
You are familiar with regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices
Enjoy working in consulting and excel in client interactions through clear communication, reliability and a structured, analytical working style

You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
