As an intern in the finance department, you are an important support for our team. You take on administrative tasks and ensure reliable processes with your structured way of working.
After your first month, you will have successfully completed your onboarding and become familiar with all internal finance processes, tools, and systems.
After only two months, you will take co-responsibility for our German and Austrian customer relationships regarding financial issues and work independently with our factoring partner.
After just three months, you will actively contribute to further developing accounts receivable management and support the finance team in all administrative activities.
Requirements
No customer order can hide from you – you take on manual invoice creation for non-automated processes and support accounts receivables management for Germany and Austria
You ensure the accuracy of all invoices with your eagle eyes – and if a mistake does slip in, you're in control of cancellations and invoice corrections
You support close collaboration with our factoring partner – that means you analyze which receivables should be sold, which should have a blocking notice (e.g. in case of complaints), which go into collection, and ensure we reliably get our money
You monitor the creditworthiness of new customers and create advance payment invoices if necessary, monitoring incoming payments
If a customer invoice remains unpaid, you clarify the next steps in cooperation with our factoring partner
You are the competent contact person for our customer base on all invoice issues – whether by email or phone
With initiative and an eye for process improvements, you actively contribute to the further development of accounts receivable management.
