You are responsible for approaching and acquiring major clients in the real estate sector across the entire sales funnel.
You prepare and run marketing and sales events (in-person or digital).
You create professional, audience-appropriate sales materials.
You prepare proposals, present them, and negotiate terms.
You manage an active customer feedback process.
You design and conduct market research.
Requirements
You have successfully completed a (technical) university degree, ideally with a background in energy engineering or energy economics.
You have professional experience in the real estate industry.
You can demonstrate experience selling software solutions.
You bring a strong customer and closing orientation.
You are willing to travel (up to 30% of working time) within the sales territory of eastern Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) and live in this region.
You want to contribute to the energy transition and see the impact of your work every day.
You value the dynamics of a startup and bring the flexibility and passion to help shape continuous change.
You are a team player, enjoy communicating, and consider giving and receiving feedback a valuable part of your daily work.
You demonstrate high commitment and the ability to work independently to achieve our goals.
You have very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
