Develop and optimize backend logic for AI-powered products and services
Establish development workflows and deployment processes suited to an agency environment
Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and integrate them into our product landscape
Help shape our technical standards and collaborate with experts from UX, strategy and data science — acting as a technical sparring partner on equal terms

Your knowledge of political decision-making processes, current regulations and laws
Enjoy bringing things to life in a pragmatic way
Experience in frontend development (React, Vue or similar) and a solid understanding of backend systems
Confident handling of APIs, databases and workflow/automation tools
Experience or strong interest in AI technologies and LLM-based applications
Ability to critically evaluate rapid prototypes and turn them into clean, maintainable code
