Plan and execute B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, partnerships, and selected events.
Manage and optimize paid B2B media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) to drive qualified leads and discovery calls.
Develop and execute a PR strategy that positions Haut.AI as a thought leader in AI-powered beauty technology
Own Haut.AI's presence at major beauty and tech industry events and build event-driven campaign strategies that maximize pipeline impact
Own our events motion end to end: event selection, goals, messaging, pre event outreach, onsite execution, and post event conversion into meetings and pipeline
Work closely with Sales to support enterprise and mid-market outbound campaigns and vertical-specific outreach.
Manage content calendars and schedule, publish, and optimize posts across LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused B2B copy for social posts, emails, ads, and campaign assets aligned with brand voice.
Execute outreach and nurture campaigns designed to generate discovery calls and sales appointments.
Build, maintain, and track prospect and lead databases using CRM tools in close alignment with Sales.
Collaborate with leadership and product teams to turn founder insights and product updates into publishable content.
Develop a distinctive brand voice that balances technical credibility with inspiration
Create and update sales enablement materials including decks, value frameworks, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
Support enterprise RFPs, PoCs, and strategic deals with tailored marketing narratives and materials.
Ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, and partnership touchpoints.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally in SaaS, beauty tech, GenAI, MarTech, e-commerce, or consumer tech
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience managing content calendars, scheduling, and publishing posts across major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Strong writing and editorial taste: you can create press ready narratives and sales ready messaging without fluff.
Hands on experience planning and executing events that result in qualified meetings and pipeline.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused captions aligned with brand voice and business objectives
Experience executing outreach and lead generation campaigns that result in discovery calls or sales appointments
Proficiency in CRM tools for building, maintaining, and tracking prospect and lead databases.
