Ensure stable, secure and customer-focused operations as a SaaS platform
Responsible for operating the associated hosting and managed service offerings
Ensure high availability, performance and security through proactive monitoring, maintenance, standardization and continuous optimization
Support ERP implementation and customization projects and ensure a smooth handover to the managed service
Act as the technical interface between customers, Professional Services, Support and Development, and coordinate and collaborate with external partners
Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, operational transparency and scalability of the ERP platform
Help shape the further development of the managed service portfolio and the sustainable growth of the ERP SaaS business
Requirements
Initial experience in operating SaaS platforms
Strong knowledge in networking, security and backup solutions as well as database fundamentals (including clustering, backup/restore) and Linux administration
Basic understanding of high availability, scaling, disaster recovery as well as release, update and patch/maintenance processes
Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) desirable
Understanding of ERP implementations, change management processes and a strong customer orientation with a focus on service quality, reliability and professional handling of escalations and critical operational situations is an advantage
Structured way of working even with parallel operational topics and close collaboration with Professional Services, Project Management, Development, Support and Customers
