Ensure stable, secure and customer-focused operation of the SaaS platform
Responsible for operating the associated hosting and managed service offerings
Act as service owner for customer environments, including adherence to and monitoring of SLAs
Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and operational transparency
Actively participate in developing the managed services portfolio and in the sustainable growth of the ERP SaaS business
Ensure high availability, performance and security through proactive monitoring, maintenance, standardization and continuous optimization
Provide operational support for ERP implementation and customization projects
Ensure smooth handover into the managed service
Serve as the central technical interface between customers, Professional Services, Support and Development

Experience operating SaaS platforms
Strong knowledge of networking, security and backup solutions
Database fundamentals (including clustering, backup/restore)
Linux administration
Good understanding of high availability, scaling, disaster recovery as well as release, update and patch/maintenance processes
Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Understanding of ERP rollouts and change-management processes
Strong customer orientation with a focus on service quality, reliability and professional handling of escalations and critical operational situations
Structured working style, even when managing multiple concurrent operational tasks
